the thing is, is since there really any vocals except for that guy talking, and the instruments have specific notes where vocals don't really. That's why it sounds so damn close to the recorded version. I CAN PLAY THAT SOLO ON THE SAX!!! XD WOOT!

It's obvious you know nothing about music. These guys are incredible professional musicians to play a whole performance this clean. It has nothing to do with instrumental music being easier somehow. No, it has everything to do with very talented musicians playing very very well.

I'm probably not right but i'm going to guess it's Yoko Kanno, she was the composer for a TON of different Anime's, cowboy bebop being one of them... i think she did some sort of co-op composing with The Seatbelts also but i can't remember what song it was.
